Make content about: They found support for their autism
After years of living with a misdiagnosis, an autistic adult found understanding and practical support through a local wellbeing course.
This story
For years, they were misdiagnosed with emotionally unstable personality disorder, which created lasting trauma around their feelings. Diagnosed as autistic at thirty-four, they joined a support course to learn how to manage burnout and recognise emotions using a feelings wheel. They were later diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and are now in therapy to work through past trauma.
Where you could take it
