Make content about: Katherine and Lee found a community

Katherine, Lee and their six children felt isolated and cooped up until a community lunch club gave them a place to belong.

This story

On a tight budget on Anglesey, school holidays were exhausting for Katherine and Lee with six children, especially with Lee dealing with anxiety and seven-year-old Brynlee having autism and attention difficulties. After receiving food parcel deliveries during Covid, the family started attending the local church lunch club in person. Today the club gives them hot meals, crafts and connection, and their eleven-year-old daughter Tahlia now helps out as a young volunteer.
