After a year at college with no plan for what to do next, they joined SOFEA. They were quiet and shy, but a leadership course taught them how to lead people and built their confidence. Now working alongside fellow trainees in the warehouse, they have taken on more responsibilities, help people with food and speak up to resolve problems.
