Make content about: Her son is thriving at school

Her neurodivergent son was in crisis and dismissed by his school. Now he is thriving and she supports other families.

This story

She reached breaking point trying to get school support for her neurodivergent son, eventually deregistering him on his seventh birthday. Family Action helped her ask for changes at school, contact the school's special needs lead and secure a formal plan for the extra help he gets. Her son now receives emotional support and Lego therapy at school, while she works for the charity supporting other parents.

Where you could take it

Shadow her at Family Action as she advises parents navigating school support for their neurodivergent children.
