Make content about: A parent is back in their son's life

After sleeping rough in Nottingham, a parent moved into their own home, regained confidence, and reconnected with their son.

This story

After sleeping rough in Nottingham and struggling with heavy drinking, they moved into supported accommodation and received meals, clothing, and guidance from Emmanuel House. Over a year with their support worker, their mental health improved and they received help furnishing a home. They now have their own house, are applying for jobs, and are back in their son's life.

Where you could take it

Visit them in their new home to hear how they settled in and what being back in their son's life means to them.
