Jack died at Little Harbour hospice when he was nine days old. Tommy was two and a half at the time and struggled with separation anxiety, while his younger brother Sam later navigated his own grief growing up. Supported by the hospice care team and psychologist, the brothers now look forward to their visits and celebrate milestones while raising funds in Jack's honour.
