Make content about: A young boy goes happily to bed

A ten-year-old boy who stayed awake in distress for days can now take himself happily to bed.

This story

Living with extreme demand avoidance autism and attention difficulties, a ten-year-old boy experienced severe burnout and became traumatised by bedtime, staying awake in distress for up to 36 hours. His parent left a twenty-year career to care for him full-time as daily tasks became overwhelming. After receiving tailored advice from Cerebra's sleep service, his bedtime trauma eased and he now sleeps comfortably in his own room.

Where you could take it

Sit down with the parent to talk about how specialist sleep guidance helped bring calm and safety back to their home.
