Make content about: Steph found focus in embroidery

Illness stopped Steph finishing school, but embroidery gave her focus and a new creative path.

This story

Steph fell ill at 16 and was unable to complete her A Levels, moving to college to study graphic design and illustration instead. Over the last decade she turned to embroidery as a therapeutic way to focus her mind, going on to win an art award. She is also developing an illustrated guide to electroconvulsive therapy with hospital staff to help patients and reduce stigma.
