Make content about: Sophie got her kids ready for school

Sophie dreaded the start of the school year without uniforms for her children, until donor support lifted the pressure.

This story

Sophie is a single mother of three who works part-time, with private rent taking up most of her wages. She felt overwhelmed by dread and shame because she could not afford new school uniforms to replace her children's outgrown, worn clothes. After a local advocate posted a request through Acts 435, donors funded the purchase and the uniforms were bought for the new term.

Where you could take it

Sit down with Sophie to talk about the pressure of back-to-school costs and how having the uniforms ready changed family life.
