Make content about: Simon got his independence back

Simon faced long waits and difficult journeys to medical appointments until an accessible community vehicle restored his independence.

This story

As an electric wheelchair user, Simon experienced ongoing transport challenges and long waiting times when travelling to medical appointments. After a referral from his doctor, a volunteer transport team provided an accessible electric vehicle and driver to take him to a clinic in Gillingham. Being able to board independently gave Simon a comfortable trip and helped him maintain his independence.
