Make content about: Seren is getting her sight back
Seren lost her sight to cataracts, but double eye surgery gave the pony a chance to see clearly again.
This story
Seren arrived at the sanctuary in 2014 as an orphaned foal, but over the years her vision gradually declined until she relied on smell to navigate. She recently underwent specialist surgery on both eyes to treat the cataracts. Sight was confirmed in her left eye, and she is now receiving treatment for an infection in her right eye as she recovers.
Where you could take it
Spend time with Seren and her handlers as they administer her daily eye drops and support her recovery at the sanctuary.
