Make content about: Sammi speaks out to help others

Sammi struggled with severe mental health crises after leaving the military until a late neurodiversity diagnosis helped everything make sense.

This story

After serving seven years in the air force, Sammi left to start a family and run her own business. Overwhelmed and using alcohol and sleeping tablets to cope, she spent days in bed and was repeatedly admitted to hospital with suicidal thoughts. After being referred to Walking With The Wounded, she was diagnosed as neurodivergent and now speaks out to help others facing similar challenges.
