Friends Sam and Lauren set out to hike Sugarloaf, Skirrid and Blorenge in Abergavenny to raise money for Flamingo Chicks. Sam's daughter Florence, who has autism and a rare chromosome deletion, has attended their inclusive dance classes since she was three. The charity provides dance sessions and support networks for disabled children, their siblings and carers.
