Make content about: Sally speaks out on perimenopause

Sally spent 11 months in hospital before discovering perimenopause was behind her crisis, and now speaks out to help others.

This story

For three years, Sally struggled with deteriorating mental health and spent almost 11 months in hospital across eight admissions. Doctors initially treated her for depression, leading to the loss of her finance job and separation from her teenage son. After connecting her symptoms to perimenopause, starting hormone replacement therapy helped her recover, and she now shares her experience to raise awareness.
