Robel arrived in the UK after fleeing civil war in Eritrea, but became homeless and struggled to navigate daily life without knowing English. Because he could not afford a device or internet access, finding accommodation and applying for work proved difficult. After receiving housing support and a laptop, he is now learning English, completing college assignments and applying for jobs.
