Make content about: Remix got back on his feet
Remix was hit by a car days after moving into hostel accommodation, but today he is fully recovered and living independently.
This story
Remix, a young Shar Pei, slipped his lead and was struck by a car in July 2025, suffering shock and a fractured forelimb. Hostel staff acted quickly to arrange emergency triage, overnight hospitalisation and surgery supported by StreetVet. After post-operative crate rest and clinic check-ups, Remix made a full recovery and has now moved into independent housing with his owner.
Where you could take it
Meet Remix and his owner in their independent home to see how he is thriving after his recovery.
