Make content about: Regina saved her school from closure

Regina left Ireland to teach in Manchester, steering an inner-city school through closure threats and debt across three decades.

This story

Raised on a family farm in County Waterford, Regina joined the Presentation Sisters in Manchester in 1966 to train and teach. She spent 33 years working at an inner-city primary school, later becoming headteacher and helping the school overcome closure threats and a large deficit. Now retired from teaching, she spends her time visiting the sick and housebound and preparing parishioners for sacraments.
