Make content about: Rae turned her story into a play

Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis straight after university, Rae spent years trying other paths before turning her life into a touring play.

This story

Rae was diagnosed with relapsing multiple sclerosis in 2004, just out of university, and stepped away from theatre when her health became unpredictable. After her children started school, she joined a writing course and spent five years developing an autobiographical play about living with the condition. She is now taking the production on tour alongside workshops for people affected by chronic illness.
