This story

After years of stomach symptoms, Rachel was diagnosed with bowel cancer at 33 and woke from surgery with a stoma and an unexpected hysterectomy. When the cancer spread to her lung in 2019, she had further surgery and chemotherapy, later receiving a clear scan and having her stoma reversed in 2021. Now rebuilding her fitness, she raises awareness to help other young people spot symptoms early.
