Make content about: Raahil is taking on a demanding race
Raahil grew up visiting his grandfather in hospital. Now he is taking on a demanding fitness race in his memory.
This story
Raahil's grandfather, Munawar, spent almost twenty years at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability before he died there. Raahil visited him every week, and the staff who cared for his grandfather watched him grow up. Having completed a half-distance event, Raahil set out to take on a full fitness race that combines an eight-kilometre run with sled pushes, rowing and burpees.
