Make content about: Polly found her creative focus
Polly was named a young poet laureate at seventeen, but later felt stuck freelancing until mentoring helped guide her career.
This story
At seventeen, Polly was awarded the title of Young Poet Laureate for Bath and went on to produce events, manage a student radio station, and run creative workshops. Struggling to progress beyond short-term contracts and entry-level gigs, she began doubting her abilities and felt her broad creative interests were messy and confusing. Through a mentoring programme with writer and director Jennifer, she worked on finance structuring, creative CV building, and connecting her skills across the arts.
