Make content about: Paul was handed a lifeline

Burnt out from 100-hour work weeks, Paul planned to end his life until a stranger handed him a helpline number.

This story

Paul worked 80 to 100-hour weeks in a high-pressure job until severe exhaustion led him to plan to end his life. While crossing a road on a work trip, an observant taxi driver noticed he was struggling and handed him a card for Samaritans. Paul called the number that night, found someone who listened without judgment, and made it through to the next day.
