Make content about: Paul is cycling Everest five times
Paul is preparing to cycle the equivalent height of Mount Everest five days in a row on an indoor bike.
This story
As a serving Major in the British Army, Paul has seen the lasting psychological impact that military service can have on veterans and their families. To raise funds for specialist mental health support, he has set out to climb the equivalent height of Mount Everest every day for five consecutive days using an indoor virtual mountain. Across the five days, his target is 44,240 metres of vertical climbing.
