Make content about: Paul fulfilled his football dream
After a fast-progressing Parkinson's diagnosis changed Paul's life, his colleagues and a charity rallied to grant his lifelong football dream.
This story
Paul was born deaf and worked on his feet for decades, routinely walking 25,000 steps a day. Around three years ago, subtle tremors and exhaustion progressed into a severe form of Parkinson's disease that has not responded to treatment. While adjusting to rapid changes in his mobility, he enrolled in a specialist clinical trial in London to help future patients.
