Make content about: Pamela rebuilt her health
Injured on duty, Pamela turned to a dedicated treatment centre across eleven years to rebuild her physical and mental health.
This story
After sustaining a neck injury on duty, Pamela attended Castlebrae in 1996 for intensive daily physiotherapy, pool exercises, and rest. She returned the following year after childbirth complications, and again in 2007 with her mother as her carer after a back injury forced her early retirement from the police. Now recovered from a subsequent hip replacement, she continues to donate monthly to support the centres.
