This story
Munawar had been out of education for over three years and had no established way to express his needs or emotions. After joining a specialist school in June 2023, staff introduced different communication tools before focusing on visual signing. In 2024, he learned signs for food, jump, and his tablet, and now uses symbols to share his likes and dislikes.
