This story
Michael runs his own baking business and was the first man in Wales with Down syndrome to run a marathon. He learned to ride a bike and swim specifically to tackle a sprint triathlon, finishing in under two and a half hours for a world record. Now he is fronting a charity shop menswear campaign to challenge stereotypes about people with learning disabilities.
