Make content about: Martin turns everyday sounds into art
Martin taught himself electronic music from scratch. Now he leads workshops teaching others how to make art from everyday sounds.
This story
After moving to Bristol for university, Martin taught himself electronic music production and field recording from ground zero. He later expanded into analogue video art during lockdown, using feedback loops and cameras to capture overlooked details like dust. Supported by the Make Shift programme, he turned what he learned into a sold-out four-day workshop series on sound experimentation.
