Referred through her school, Lucy was struggling with low confidence, strained relationships and inconsistent attendance. Early support sessions began simply by playing Uno to help her feel safe before she opened up about feeling isolated and self-harming. Working through mental health, relationships and conflict, she finished the programme more confident, open and able to trust.
