Make content about: Lola is thriving at secondary school

Social anxiety once left Lola unable to walk her dog. Today, she catches the school bus and thrives at secondary school.

This story

Lola developed severe social anxiety that caused sickness, shakiness, and fear of speaking in front of others or asking teachers for help. With the move to secondary school approaching, she began eight sessions of guided self-help to understand her feelings and build coping routines. Three months on, she is catching the bus with confidence, walking her dog around other teenagers, and making new friends.

Where you could take it

Join Lola on a dog walk to hear about the coping strategies and daily routines that helped her settle into secondary school.
