Make content about: Liz signed up for a 25-mile ride

Warned by her doctor at 60 that she might not reach 61, Liz lost five stone and took up cycling.

This story

When Liz turned 60, her doctor warned that without changes she might not live to see 61. Struggling with bad knees and walking with a crutch, she started cycling to exercise without stressing her joints. She has lost five stone, no longer needs a crutch, and signed up with her husband Paul for a 25-mile ride.

Where you could take it

Sit down with Liz to hear how the 25-mile ride went and head out with her on a cycle route in the countryside.
