Make content about: Lisa earned her first paid job
Lisa went from completing community payback hours to earning the first paid job of her life at a Newcastle café.
This story
Lisa was completing community payback when she asked her probation officer for a referral to The Oswin Project. After starting at four hours a fortnight, she built up to sixteen hours a week and finished all 150 required hours within four months. Her confidence grew, and the team offered her a paid role at the café.
