This story
Liam lives with Amniotic Band Syndrome, autism and anxiety, which causes constant physical pain across all four limbs. He began playing wheelchair basketball in 2017 to help manage his pain and mental health, going on to win an award for disability sportsperson of the year. After outgrowing his old sports chair, he received a custom lightweight chair so he could continue training and playing comfortably.
