Living with chronic pain after a 2016 car crash, Levi lost his job during the pandemic and was unexpectedly evicted by his friend. With nowhere else to go, he slept on his mother's sofa and struggled in chaotic temporary accommodation. He turned to Launchpad for drop-in support, spent two years in supported housing while getting his disability benefits sorted, and has now settled into a permanent shared home.
