Lauren is a twenty-five-year-old paediatric nurse in South Yorkshire who has spent her career working on critical care and neurosurgical wards. After seeing the challenges young patients and their families face, she decided to take on the 2027 London Marathon. She is now training and aiming to raise three thousand pounds for support and advocacy services.
