Born in 2019, Khumbu was a quiet snow leopard who spent his early days cuddled up to his mother before moving into his own enclosure. His keepers crate trained him so he could travel calmly without needing an anaesthetic. He is heading to a zoo in Warwickshire to join an international breeding programme and meet a new partner.
