Kayden experienced months of headaches, sickness and exhaustion before an eye test revealed fluid pressure behind his eyes. Hospital scans confirmed a fast-growing brain tumour, and surgery to debulk it caused a stroke that left him unable to speak or see. After four operations and a year of chemotherapy, he is now in rehabilitation and steadily regaining his abilities.
