Make content about: John found calm for his transfusions

John was used to busy hospital visits for blood transfusions until he found a quiet, supportive hospice setting.

This story

In early 2024, John transferred from hospital to receive his regular blood transfusions at Keech Hospice. Fortnightly blood tests track his haemoglobin levels, with transfusions scheduled whenever they drop below 70. The one-to-one nursing, calm environment and support for his family help him leave each session feeling revitalised.

Where you could take it

Spend time with John at the wellbeing centre during one of his visits to see what makes the routine feel personal.
