Make content about: JJ is running the London Marathon
After fearing his baby son faced a degenerative brain disease, JJ is preparing to run the London Marathon.
This story
When JJ and Harriet noticed their six-month-old son Jasper still had an open soft spot on his head, doctors feared he might have leukodystrophy. After months of testing across eleven hospitals, Jasper was found to carry one copy of a faulty gene, but specialists concluded he does not have the condition. JJ is now training for the London Marathon to support the charity that helped them, and in memory of his friend Ben, who died fifteen years ago.
