Make content about: Jess is learning to help others

Jess spent years trapped in severe ketamine addiction. Now in recovery, she is rebuilding her life and learning to help others.

This story

Jess first tried ketamine at 18, and what began socially developed into a solitary dependency that caused bladder and kidney infections. Overwhelmed and feeling she had nothing left to lose, she reached out to Bristol Drugs Project for help. Through support services, 12-step meetings and the Life Course, she began building her confidence and working through recovery.
