On parental leave in 2017, Jemima grew worried about dirty air while walking outside with her baby. She gathered other concerned parents to lobby local councils, respond to consultations and champion road closures outside schools at drop-off times. The group has grown to six part-time staff and hundreds of volunteers campaigning across the country.
