Jayne was diagnosed with stage 1 grade 2 invasive ductal breast cancer in June and had surgery in August. Although things moved quickly, she was given the all-clear and declared cancer-free. Her next step is radiotherapy, alongside five years of hormone therapy and annual mammograms, while she gives up alcohol and cake for October.
