Make content about: Hazel is uncovering the past again

Personal issues forced Hazel to leave her archaeology master's. A hands-on training course brought her love of historical artefacts back to life.

This story

Hazel had to leave her archaeology master's degree after personal issues and was nervous that her invisible disabilities might make practical courses difficult. Joining an artefact training course gave her the chance to handle excavated pottery and dig into parish records at the archives. She now uses her skills to spot and identify centuries-old pottery sherds and animal bones on the foreshore.

Where you could take it

Join Hazel along the river foreshore as she searches for historical artefacts and demonstrates how she identifies them.
