Make content about: Harrison is living as his true self

Harrison was at crisis point before a late-night phone call helped him start rebuilding his life as his true self.

This story

Harrison struggled with depression and anxiety for years, feeling he was not living as his true self before deciding to transition at 27. During a night out, an argument left him alone and making plans to end his life until he phoned a helpline volunteer who grounded him. Since that night, he has stopped drinking, pursued therapy, worked with a trainer, and started rebuilding connections with his family.

Where you could take it

Join Harrison on a walk with his dogs Penny and Pablo to talk about his sobriety and the everyday routine that keeps him well.
