Make content about: Harrison is running 100 kilometres

Fifteen years after losing his mum, Harrison is running 100 kilometres in a single day to support mental health services.

This story

Harrison lost his mum to mental health struggles in 2011 and spent years processing the loss and learning to forgive himself. After finding support and encouragement among friends at a gym in Basingstoke, he set out to turn his grief into something positive. He planned a 100-kilometre run from Pangbourne to Oakley to fund a local mental health drop-in centre.

Where you could take it

Join Harrison on a run to talk about his mum and how pushing his limits helped him process his grief.
