Make content about: Hannah built a new circle of friends
After her former care home closed down, Hannah moved closer to family and quickly built a thriving circle of friends.
This story
Hannah developed epilepsy and cerebral palsy as an infant, leaving her nonverbal and using a wheelchair full time. When her previous care home closed due to a lack of funding, she had to move far away from her parents. At the end of 2025, she relocated to a supported home in Godalming, where she receives around-the-clock care, attends music sessions, and is closer to family.
Where you could take it
Join Hannah for an adapted music session and spend time with her and her father as they explore Godalming together.
