Make content about: Gary found therapy along the canal

After two brain tumour surgeries left Gary battling severe chronic headaches and depression, walking his local canal became his therapy.

This story

A gym injury led doctors to discover a rare brain tumour, resulting in Gary having two major surgeries. After his second operation, severe chronic headaches left him dealing with anxiety and depression before being diagnosed with hemicrania continua. To cope with the stress and pain, he began walking his local canal three days a week, using the water and wildlife to clear his mind.
