Make content about: Flynn is cycling 1,000km in five days

Flynn lost his father at eleven. Now he is preparing to cycle 1,000 kilometres in five days to support others coping with grief.

This story

Flynn lost his father when he was 11 years old and saw first-hand how grief affects people and how rarely they ask for help. In May 2027, he plans to cycle at least 1,000km across five consecutive days, averaging 200km a day mostly solo. He is raising money and awareness for Cruse Bereavement Support so that fewer people have to face loss alone.

Where you could take it

Join Flynn on a training ride as he prepares for his five-day endurance ride, and talk about his father and what this ride means to him.
