Make content about: Felicity is preparing for her GCSEs

Felicity faced chemotherapy when her inoperable brain tumour grew, but targeted therapy tablets let her live like a teenager.

This story

At 12, Felicity was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour deep in her thalamus. When scans showed the tumour had grown 65 percent, her family feared regular chemotherapy infusions would disrupt her education and friendships. A biopsy identified a specific genetic mutation, allowing her to take targeted tablets at home instead and prepare for her GCSEs.
