Make content about: Ernie's dad built racing software

Ernie was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at age two. His dad built racing software to fund his physiotherapy.

This story

Ernie was born prematurely at 30 weeks, had a bleed on the brain, and was diagnosed with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy at age two. The condition affects his legs, balance and movement, but he continues to practise moving with walking aids, splints, a Lycra suit and a wheelchair. His dad built a car livery design tool and released it as donation-ware to help fund specialist equipment and private physiotherapy.

Where you could take it

Meet Ernie and Gary to see Ernie's physiotherapy routine and design a custom car livery together.
